The spaceWhen arriving at this gorgeous property you enter via the garden gate into the magical walled secret garden. The cottage is nestled in the corner with a generous patio outside the front - perfect for lazy summer evenings and breakfasts in the sunshine.
Enter the cottage into a small hallway that leads to the main living/kitchen/dining area. A fully equipped kitchen including an Aga has everything you will need for your stay. A marble dining table seats four.
The stylish living area has comfortable seating for four people, a wood burning stove for cosy winter nights and a smart TV.
The generous bedrooms lead off from the main area. Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed, built in wardrobes, a dressing table and an ensuite bathroom with a bath.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, clothes hanging rack, and ensuite bathroom with a shower and double doors that lead into the garden.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom of bedroom 2.

The cottage is all on one level, however there are two small steps into the cottage.

Neighborhood overviewBathford is a popular village located approximately 3 miles to the east of Bath which has a number of amenities including a village shop. Avonvale Rugby Club and Bathford Cricket Club are based in the village, close to the River Avon, and Brown’s Folly is a historical tower offering far-reaching views of the surrounding countryside. The village allows for convenient access to Box, Corsham and to junction 18 of the M4 motorway (approximately 10 miles) via the A46.
Getting aroundWe advise arriving by car but there are regular buses to Bath city centre from Bathford.
