The spacePierrepont house is composed of three floors. On entering there is a flight of stairs to the first floor. The property opens into a lovely large living and dining room with two sash windows. There is plenty of seating for up to eight guests. On this floor is a well equipped kitchen, with Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and freezer and washing machine. On the second floor is the bunk room that sleeps three and a room next door with a king size bed and large wardrobe and TV. On this floor is a large family bathroom with both glass walk in shower and separate roll-top bath. The third floor is in the eves with beautiful feature beams. It is composed of a large bedroom with king-size bed, TV and adjoining dressing room with vanity table, shelves for storage and hanging rail.
This property has a lovely balcony that you can access from the landing, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. Guests will have access to one of Bath's most elegant gardens as a key to key will be provided on arrival.
Parking will be in Manvers Street Carpark just opposite the property.
Additional notesPlease note that the property is two flights above a restaurant. Occasionally the smell of the cooking can rise towards the balcony on the second floor.

Neighborhood overviewThe property is located in the centre of Bath. It is a couple of minute's walk from the train station. On the door step is an array of cafes, bars and restaurants. Marks and Spencer is just around the corner as are the bustling city streets. The Thermae Spa and Roman Bath's are approximately an eight minute walk from Pierrepont house.
Getting aroundWe recommend visiting on the train as everything that this city has to offer is on the doorstep. The bus and train station are only a few minutes walk, with good services to Bristol, Wales, the South West and London.
